Texas Notary Fees (state-regulated)
Notarial act fees are set by Texas law (Tex. Gov’t Code §406.024) and are non-negotiable
• Acknowledgment / Jurat: $10 (per notarization)
• Each additional signature: $1 (per signature on the same document)
Remote Online Notray Fees (RON)
• Remote Online Notarization (available nationwide): $25 (per notarization)
• Additional fees may apply depending on document type
Mobile Travel Fees
Travel fees are separate from notarial fees and are based on distance:
• 0–15 miles: $30
• 15–30 miles: $60
• 30–45 miles: $90
• 45+ miles: Custom quote
Specialty Location Fees
Specialty location fees apply instead of standard travel fees due to additional time, coordination, and access requirements.
• Attorney / Law Office: $75
• Real Estate / Title Office: $75
• Nursing Home / Assisted Living: $90
• Hospital: $100
• Jail / Detention Facility: $125
After-Hours & Expedited Services
• After 5:00 PM: +$25
• Late Night (8:00 PM – 8:00 AM): +$50
• Same-Day Rush (under 2 hours notice): +$25

• Printing (up to 25 pages): $10
• Printing (25–100 pages): $20
• 100+ pages: Custom quote
Minimum Service Fee
A minimum service fee of $40 applies to all mobile appointments.
Cancellation Policy
Short notice / Same-day cancellations may be subject to a $25 fee.
